Daniel Foà is a Ph.D. Student at LUISS Guido Carli University in Law and Business. He graduated in law cum laude at Roma Tre University (2018) discussing a thesis in banking law on the topic of the surety granted in favour of the banks. During his studies he spent a semester at ELTE Eötvös Loránd University of Budapest where he deepened his knowledge in European business law.
His main areas of interest involve economic law, business law and administrative law. In particular, he focuses on issues related to the legal consequence of the technological innovation in the field of banking and financial markets.
He has published articles on banking and bankruptcy law, both In Italian and in English.
