Luna Aristei is a PhD student in Business and Law at LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome, Italy.
She is a teaching assistant in Environmental Law, Administrative Law and Public Economy Law courses at LUISS University.
She graduated in 2015 in Law at LUISS University and she completed in 2017 a Second Level Master’s Degree in Environmental Law at Roma Tre University in Rome. In 2016/2017 she did an internship at the Legislative Office of the Italian Ministry of the Environment and she is a trainee lawyer. She also worked as a Legal Consultant in Environmental Law.
She wrote contributions on the Paris Agreement and on the environmental damage’s EU Directive reception in EU States. She also collaborated to a book containing comments on relevant judgments (European and national) on Environmental Law. Her main areas of interest are environmental and energy law with a special focus on climate change and renewable resources
