Dr. Annalisa Signorelli, LLB cum laude and high honors (LUISS Guido Carli University, 2017), is a teaching assistant for civil procedure law (2018 – present) and Ph.D. fellow in Law and Business at the Department of Law at LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome.
For a short period, she attended the University of La Coruña and studied intellectual property, tax rulings and illegal fiscal State aid in the EU, European consumer law, rules on property, contract and torts, economic analysis of law. (Voting: 10/10 Matrìcula de Honor). She also attended the specialization course in European Law for the protection of personal data at LUISS Business School. She worked as a practitioner at the Office of the General Attorney of State.
Her main areas of interest involve civil procedure law, arbitration, civil law, consumer protection law, privacy law and the regulation of new technologies. In particular, her research topics focus on traditional themes of civil procedure law and on predictive justice, on arbitration, on privacy regulation, on private law and on consumer law, on smart contracts and generally on IT law.
Within these fields, Annalisa published authored publications in Italian and international reviews, in collective books and she participates actively, with papers and speeches, in national and international seminars, congresses and conferences. He speaks and writes in Italian, English and French.
