Dr. Enrica De Marco, LLB cum laude (Luiss Guido Carli University, 2013), post graduate Diploma of specialization in legal professions (Sapienza University, 2015), lawyer, is a Ph.D. Fellow and Teaching Assistant at Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome (2018 – present). Her main areas of interest involve labour law, employment law, international labour law, civil law and the regulation of new technologies. In particular, her research focuses on traditional themes of Labour Law, such as compensation, privacy of the worker, employment contract and industrial relations, as well as the impact of new technologies on labour and employment law, with an analytical approach strongly based on Law and Economics. Within these fields, Enrica published publications in “A level” Italian reviews (such as Giurisprudenza Italiana and Rivista Italiana di Diritto del Lavoro). She also authored publications in collective books and constantly presented her researches in national and international conferences.
