Dr. Giorgia Marra, LLB with honors (LUISS Guido Carli University, 2016), teaching assistant in “Corporate Law” (LUISS Guido Carli University, 2016 – present), and second year PhD Student in “Law and Business” (LUISS Guido Carli University, 2018 – present). Her PhD research focuses on bank failures in the light of the Single Resolution Mechanism. Her main areas of interest involve corporate law, banking law, financial markets law and bankruptcy law. She is also interested in the legal and regulatory issues related to the use of Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) in banking and financial sectors, especially the crypto-assets phenomenon. She conducted, among others, researches on corporate finance law, and she is author of various publications in this field and corporate law in general.
