Pier Paolo Pirani graduated in Law from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome and at the same University he received his Doctorate in Business Law (“diritto d’impesa”).
He cooperates at teaching activities in courses and seminaries in business law and advanced business law at faculty of law of the Luiss Guido Carli and regularly carries out teaching activities both at the above-mentioned University and other research institutes.
In January 2019 he won the research grant in “Information and innovation in finance” approved by the Luiss Guido Carli, department of law.
His area of interest concerns business law and financial markets, also with reference to the use of new technologies and artificial intelligence in the abovementioned fields.
He presented several papers on the relationship between business law and new technologies and he is also the author, among other things, of various essays on the topic.
