Elisabetta Pietrocarlo is a Ph.D. Student in Law and Business and a teaching assistant at Luiss Guido Carli University.
She graduated in law cum laude at Luiss (November 2017) discussing a thesis in criminal law on the principle of culpability and, afterwards, she obtained a second level Master’s Degree in Corporate Criminal Law cum laude at the same University (April 2019).
She has published articles on corporate and bankruptcy criminal law.
Her projects of research are now focused on the relationship between new technologies (especially Artificial Intelligence) and criminal law.
