Mariachiara Croce, LLB cum laude and high honors (LUISS Guido Carli University, 2016), Master in Company Law cum laude (LUISS Guido Carli, 2018), admitted to the Bar in 2019, is a PhD fellow in Law and Business at LUISS Guido Carli University.
She is Teaching Assistant in Criminal Law (LUISS Guido Carli University, Professor Antonio Gullo) and Academic Tutor of LUISS Guido Carli Master in Business Criminal Law (2019-2020) and LUISS Guido Carli – ANAC Master in Compliance and Prevention of Corruption in the Public and Private Sectors (2020-present).
After an Internship at the Supreme Court of Cassation (January 2017 – July 2018), she is now involved in an Internship program at the Italian Constitutional Court (October 2019 – June 2020).
Her main areas of interest and research involve Criminal Law, Criminal Procedural Law, Economic Criminal Law and Corporate Criminal Law. Within these fields of research she participates, as a speaker, in national and international seminars and published publications in national and international reviews.
