Dr. Stefano Bini, Ph.D. with honors in “Law and Business”, at LUISS Guido Carli University (2016), Ph.D. with honors in “Law”, at the University of Seville (2016) and LLB with honors and special mention, at LUISS Guido Carli University (2012), is Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at LUISS Guido Carli University and Teaching Fellow at University of Roma Tre. He is also labour lawyer, both in Italy and Spain, member of the Center of Study of the Rome Bar Association and member of the Certification Commission at University Mercatorum of Rome.
Author of more than 50 scientific publications in the labour law field, among which the monograph “Labor Law, Economics and Regulation. Italy and Spain: comparing models in the European Framework” (Rome, 2017 – in English).
The topics of interest on which its research focuses are: digital labour law, fundamental rights, welfare and digital economy, new ways of performing work (smart working), devoting particular attention to the theme of artificial intelligence, blockchain, deepening the work/welfare implications of the phenomenon.
He is member of scientific associations, working groups and research projects/groups, among which the research center BILL – Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence and Digital Innovation Law Lab, at LUISS Guido Carli University. He participates actively, with papers and speeches, in national and international seminars, congresses and conferences. He speaks and writes fluently Italian, Spanish, English and French.
